នៅថ្ងៃទី២៨ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ គម្រោងសិទ្ធិឌីជីថល ការបញ្ចេញមតិ និងប្រព័ន្ធផ្សព្វផ្សាយនៅកម្ពុជា នៃ ម.ស.ម.ក បានរៀបចំកម្មវិធីពិភាក្សាវិទ្យុក្រោមប្រធានបទ លទ្ធផលនៃការពិនិត្យការអនុវត្តកតិកាសញ្ញាអន្តរជាតិស្តីពីសិទ្ធិពលរដ្ឋ និងសិទ្ធិនយោបាយរបស់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា៖ ការអនុវត្តអនុសាសន៍ទាក់ទងនឹងសមភាពយេនឌ័រ និងអំពើហិង្សាលើស្ត្រី។ កម្មវិធីពិភាក្សានេះមានវាគ្មិនពីររូបអញ្ជើញចូលរួមគឺ អ្នកស្រី សេង រាសី នាយិកាប្រតិបត្តិអង្គការសីលការ និងអ្នកស្រី សឺន កេតសិរីលក្ខណ៍ អ្នកសម្របសម្រួលផ្នែកអប់រំ និងយេនឌ័រ នៃគណៈកម្មាធិការដើម្បីការបោះឆ្នោតដោយសេរី និងយុត្តិធម៌នៅកម្ពុជា (ហៅកាត់ ខុមហ្រ្វែល)៕

On 28 June 2023, CCHR's Digital Rights, Expression and Media-Cambodia (DREAM) hosted a radio talk show entitled Results of the review of the implementation of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights in Cambodia Related to Gender Equality and Violence Against Women. The Talk show was attended by two speakers: Ms. Seng Reasey, Executive Director of SILIKA, and Ms. Son Ket Sereyleak, Education and Gender Coordinator of the Committee for Free and Fair Elections in Cambodia (COMFREL).

On 31 May 2023, CCHR's Digital Rights, Expression and Media-Cambodia (DREAM) hosted a radio talk show entitled The result of review on the implementation of ICCPR that focuses specifically on Fondmetal freedoms. The Talk show was attended by two speakers: Mr. Am Sam Ath, Operation Director of Cambodian League for the Promotion and Define of Human Rights (LICADHO) and Ms. Mao Map, Head of Women's and Children's Rights Section of the Cambodian Human Rights and Development Association (ADHOC).

On Wednesday 25 January 2023, the CCHR’s Digital Rights, Expression and Media ("DREAM") Project held a radio talk show entitled Results of the review of the implementation of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights in Cambodia.  The talk show was attended by two speakers: HE Van Chandara, Member of the Cambodian Human Rights Committee, and Ms. Sorn Ramana, Human Rights Officer of the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in Cambodia.
