The Development of Gender Equality in Cambodia

នៅថ្ងៃពុធ ទី៣១ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤​ ម.ស.ម.ក​ បានរៀបចំកម្មវិធីវិទ្យុមួយក្រោមប្រធានបទ “កាលវិវឌ្ឍន៍នៃសមភាពយេនឌ័រក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា” ក្រោមគម្រោងនិន្នាការភេទ និងអត្តសញ្ញាណយេនឌ័រ/ការបង្ហាញទំនោរ យេនឌ័រ និងលក្ខណៈភេទ។ វាគ្មិនកិត្តិយសចំនួនពីររូបនៅក្នុងកម្មវិធីវិទ្យុនេះរួមមាន លោក អ៊ុយ ចាន់ថន នាយកកម្មវិធីនៃអង្គការសមភាព យេនឌ័រ និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ដើម្បីកម្ពុជា និង កញ្ញា អយ ម៉ារីនី ប្រធានគ្រប់គ្រងគម្រោងនៃអង្គការនារីដើម្បីសន្តិភាព។

On Wednesday, January 31^st, 2024, the CCHR organized a radio talk show under the topic of “The Development of Gender Equality in Cambodia” under the Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity/Gender Expression and Sex Characteristics (SOGIESC) Project. Two honorable speakers in this radio talk show are Mr. Uy Chanthon, program director for Gender and Development for Cambodia and Ms. Oy Mariny, project manager for Women Peace Maker.

 

 

Assurances and implementation of the Convention Against Torture

នៅថ្ងៃអង្គារ ទី៣០ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសិទ្ធិមនុស្សកម្ពុជាបានរៀបចំកម្មវិធីវិទ្យុទៅលើប្រធានបទ “ការធានា និងការអនុវត្តទៅលើអនុសញ្ញាប្រឆាំងទារុណកម្ម” ដែលមានវាគ្មិន៖ លោក នុត សត្យា ប្រធានលេខធិការដ្ឋាន គណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិប្រឆាំងទារុណកម្ម និងលោក រី សុវណ្ណា មន្ត្រីសិទ្ធិមនុស្សនៃការិយាល័យឧត្តមស្នងការអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិទទួលបន្ទុកសិទ្ធិមនុស្សប្រចាំកម្ពុជា ។

On Tuesday, 30 January 2024, CCHR’s held a radio talk show on the topic “Assurances and implementation of the Convention Against Torture”. The honorable speakers were Mr. Nouth Sathya, Chief of Secretariat of National Committee Against Torture and Mr. Ry Sovanna, Human Rights Officer of the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in Cambodia.

On Thursday 25 January 2024, CCHR’s Advancing Rights in Cambodia Project (ARC) held a radio talk on topic the “The Access of Information on Courts’ Proceedings”. The speakers were Mr. Dy Rida, Deputy Director of the Department of Criminal Justice and Judicial Police of the General Department of Prosecution and Criminal Affairs of the Ministry of Justice, and Hun Seanghak, Project Coordinator of Fair Trial Rights Project of Cambodia Center for Human Rights.

Developments in Cambodia’s Garment Sector in 2024

នៅថ្ងៃសុក្រ ទី២៦ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ កម្មវិធីវិទ្យុសិទ្ធិមនុស្សកម្ពុជានៃមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសិទ្ធិមនុស្សកម្ពុជា បានរៀបចំកម្មវិធីវិទ្យុក្រោមប្រធានបទ “ការវិវត្តវិស័យកាត់ដេរនៅកម្ពុជាឆ្នាំ២០២៤” វាគ្មិនក្នុងកម្មវិធីនេះគឺ៖ លោក អាត់ ធន់ ប្រធានសហភាពការងារកម្ពុជា និងលោក ស៊ឹង សែនករុណា អនុប្រធានផ្នែកឃ្លាំមើលសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស ដីធ្លី និងធនធានធម្មជាតិ និងអ្នកនាំពាក្យនៃសមាគម អាដហុក ។

On Friday 26 January 2024, CCHR held a radio program with a topic on “Developments in Cambodia’s Garment Sector in 2024”. Honorable speakers for this program were Mr. Ath Thorn, President of the Cambodian Labor Union and Mr. Soeng Senkaruna, Deputy Head of Human Rights, Land and Natural Resources Monitoring and Spokesperson of Adhoc.

Civil Society’s Advocacy in the Fourth Universal Periodic Review of Cambodia for Good Governance

នៅថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ គម្រោងពង្រឹងការចូលរួមរបស់អង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិលកម្ពុជាក្នុងដំណើរការពិនិត្យជាសកលតាមកាលកំណត់នៃអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ (ហៅកាត់ យូភីអ) នៃ ម.ស.ម.ក បានរៀបចំកម្មវិធីពិភាក្សាវិទ្យុក្រោមប្រធានបទ «ការតស៊ូមតិក្នុងដំណើរការយូភីអជុំទី៤របស់អង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិលនៅកម្ពុជាដើម្បីអភិបាលកិច្ចល្អ»។ កម្មវិធីពិភាក្សានេះមានវាគ្មិនពីររូបអញ្ជើញចូលរួមគឺលោក  ហ៊ឹម យន់ នាយកប្រតិបត្តិអង្គការសម្ព័ន្ធដើម្បីសុចរិតភាព និងគណនេយ្យភាពសង្គម និងលោក សៀន ប៊ុនរិទ្ធ មន្ត្រីសម្របសម្រួលកម្មវិធី នៃអង្គការតម្លាភាពកម្ពុជា។

On 24 January 2024, the Cambodian Center for Human Rights’ Strengthening the Engagement of Cambodian Civil Society Stakeholders in the United Nations Universal Periodic Review Mechanism project hosted a radio talk show entitled ‘Civil Society’s Advocacy in the Fourth Universal Periodic Review of Cambodia for Good Governance.’ The Talk show was attended by two speakers: Mr. Him Yun, Executive Director of the Coalition for Integrity and Social Accountability and Mr. Sean Bunrith, Programmer Coordinator of Transparency International Cambodia.

On Tuesday, 23 January 2024, CCHR’s held a radio talk show on the topic "Convention against torture". The honorable speakers were Attorney. Kong Samorn, President of Asia Law officer and Ms. Sorn Ramana, Human Rights Officer of the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in Cambodia.

Journey toward Gender Equality for LGBTIQ+ Persons

កាលពីថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ទី១១ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៤ គម្រោងនិន្នាការភេទ​និងអត្តសញ្ញាណយេនឌ័រ/ការបង្ហាញទំនោរយេនឌ័រ និងលក្ខណៈភេទ នៃមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសិទ្ធិមនុស្សកម្ពុជាបានរៀបចំកិច្ចពិភាក្សាក្រោម “ដំណើរឆ្ពោះទៅរកសម ភាពយេនឌ័រសម្រាប់សហគមន៍អ្នកស្រឡាញ់ ភេទដូចគ្នា” វាគ្មិនកិត្តិយស៖ កញ្ញា លី ពិសី អ្នកសម្រប​​​សម្រួលអង្គការសហគមន៍ឥន្ទធនូកម្ពុជា និង គុយ ធីតា សហស្ថាបនិកក្តីស្រឡាញ់គឺចម្រុះ ។

On Thursday 11 January 2024, CCHR’s Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity/Gender Expression and Sex Characteristics (SOGIESC) Project held a radio talk on topic the “Journey toward Gender Equality for LGBTIQ+ Persons”. The speaker were Ms. Ly Pisey, Coordinator of Rock Organization and Kuy Thida Founder of Love is Diversity.

The importance of fair trial rights

កាលពីថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ទី១៨ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ ចាប់ពីវេលាម៉ោង១១:០០ ដល់ម៉ោង ១២:០០ថ្ងៃត្រង់ គម្រាងសិទ្ធិទទួលបានការជំនុំជម្រះដោយយុត្តិធម៌នៃមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសិទ្ធិមនុស្សកម្ពុជា បានរៀបចំកម្មវិធីវិទ្យុក្រោមប្រធានបទស្តីពី ​​​​“សារៈសំខាន់នៃសិទ្ធិទទួលបានការជំនុំជម្រះដោយយុត្តិធម៌” វាគ្មិនកិត្តិ យសចូលរួមកិច្ចពិភាក្សាក្នុងកម្មវិធីនេះលោកមេធាវី សឺន ជុំជួន មេធាវីនៃក្រុមមេធាវី​ សឺន ជុំជួន និងសហការី។
