Why citizen should participate in Freedom of Expression?

ថ្ងៃពុធ ទី១៧ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២២ គម្រោងគាំពារ និងលើកកម្ពស់សេរីភាពខាងការបញ្ចេញមតិ និងសារព័ត៌ មានឯករាជ្យនៅកម្ពុជា នៃមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសិទ្ធិមនុស្សកម្ពុជា បានរៀបចំកម្មវិធីវិទ្យុក្រោមប្រធានបទស្តីពី "ហេតុអ្វីពលរដ្ឋគួរចូលរួមក្នុងការបញ្ចេញមតិ?" ដែលមានវាគ្មិនកិត្តិយស២រូប រួមកញ្ញា មាន លីសា និស្សិតច្បាប់ និងបណ្ឌិត ប៉ា ចន្ទ័រឿន នាយកប្រតិបត្តិវិទ្យាស្ថានប្រជាធិបតេយ្យកម្ពុជា ។

On Wednesday 17 August 2022, CCHR’s FoEx project held a radio program under the topic “Why citizen should participate in Freedom of Expression?” in which two honorable speakers were invited including, Ms. Mean Lisa, Student of law and Dr. Pa Chanroeun, President of the Democratic Institute of Cambodia.
