The Access of Information on Courts’ Proceedings

កាលពីថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ទី២៥ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ គម្រាងបង្កើនការគោរពសិទ្ធិនៅកម្ពុជានៃមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសិទ្ធិមនុស្សកម្ពុជាបានរៀបចំកិច្ចពិភាក្សាក្រោម “ការទទួលព័ត៌មានជុំវិញការអនុវត្ដនីតិវិធីតុលាការ” វាគ្មិនគឺ លោក​ ឌី រីដា អនុប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានកិច្ចការយុត្តិធម៌ព្រហ្មទណ្ឌ និងនគរបាលយុត្តិធម៌ នៃអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានកិច្ចការ​អយ្យការ និងព្រហ្មទណ្ឌនៃក្រសួងយុត្តិធម៌ និងលោក ហ៊ុន ស៊ាង​ហាក់ អ្នកសម្របសម្រួលគម្រោងសិទ្ធិទទួលបានការជំនុំជម្រះដោយយុត្ដិធម៌នៃមជ្ឈ​មណ្ឌល​សិទ្ធិមនុស្សកម្ពុជា។

On Thursday 25 January 2024, CCHR’s Advancing Rights in Cambodia Project (ARC) held a radio talk on topic the “The Access of Information on Courts’ Proceedings”. The speakers were Mr. Dy Rida, Deputy Director of the Department of Criminal Justice and Judicial Police of the General Department of Prosecution and Criminal Affairs of the Ministry of Justice, and Hun Seanghak, Project Coordinator of Fair Trial Rights Project of Cambodia Center for Human Rights.
