Right to understand the nature of the charge

កាលពីថ្ងៃអង្គារ ទី២៩ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ ២០២២ គម្រាងសិទ្ធិទទួលបានការជំនុំជម្រះដោយយុត្តិធម៌នៃមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសិទ្ធិមនុស្សកម្ពុជា បានរៀបចំកម្មវិធីវិទ្យុក្រោមប្រធានបទស្តីពី​​​​ “សិទ្ធិដឹងពីមូលហេតុនៃការចោទប្រកាន់” វាគ្មិនកិត្តិយសចូលរួមកិច្ចពិភាក្សាក្នុងកម្មវិធីនេះគឺ លោក គង់ ពិសី មេធាវីជាន់ខ្ពស់នៃមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសិទ្ធិមនុស្សកម្ពុជា។

On 29 March 2022, CCHR’s Fair Trial Rights Project (FTRP) held a radio program with a topic on the “Right to understand the nature of the charge”. The honorable speaker was Attorney Kong Pisey, Senior lawyer at Cambodian Center for Human Rights.
