នៅថ្ងៃអង្គារ ទី២៣ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសិទ្ធិមនុស្សកម្ពុជាបានរៀបចំកម្មវិធីវិទ្យុទៅលើប្រធានបទ «សេរីភាពក្នុងការជួបប្រជុំ» ដែលមានវាគ្មិន៖ លោកមេធាវី សេក សោភ័ណ មេធាវីនៃការិយាល័យមេធាវី អ & អិល និងសមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលនៃ ម.ស.ម.ក​ និងលោក យង់ គិមអេង ប្រធានមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលប្រជាពលរដ្ឋដើម្បីអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ និងសន្តិភាព ។
