នៅថ្ងៃអង្គារ ទី១៤ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសិទ្ធិមនុស្សកម្ពុជាបានរៀបចំកម្មវិធីវិទ្យុទៅលើប្រធានបទ «ការធានាសិទ្ធិបោះឆ្នោតរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ (វគ្គ២)» ដែលមានវាគ្មិន៖ ឯកឧត្តម សោម​ សូរីដា ទីប្រឹក្សា គ.ជ.ប និងអគ្គលេខាធិការង គ.ជ.ប និងលោក យ៉ង គឹមអេង ប្រធានមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលប្រជាពលរដ្ឋដើម្បីអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ និងសន្តិភាព ។
