Why Freedom of Expression is important for the communal election?

ថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ទី២៧ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២២ គម្រោងលើកកម្ពស់ប្រព័ន្ធផ្សព្វផ្សាយឯករាជ្យ និងសេរីភាពខាងការបញ្ចេញមតិនៅកម្ពុជា បានរៀបចំកម្មវិធីវិទ្យុក្រោមប្រធានបទ «ហេតុអ្វីសេរីភាពខាងការបញ្ចេញមតិមានសារៈសំខាន់ចំពោះការបោះឆ្នោតឃុំ សង្កាត់?» ដែលមានវាគ្មិនកិត្តិយសចូលរួមក្នុងកិច្ចពិភាក្សាកម្មវិធីនេះគឺ លោក ស៊ិន ទិត្យសីហា អ្នកសម្របសម្រួលកម្មវិធីប្រព័ន្ធផ្សព្វផ្សាយ នៃអង្គការខុមហ្វ្រែល និង កញ្ញា រម៉ាម លៀប  ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋអ្នកសារព័ត៌មាន។

On Thursday 27 January 2022, CCHR's Promoting Independent Media and Freedom of Expression in Cambodia Project held a radio talk show on the topic “Why Freedom of Expression is important for the communal election?”, with two guest speakers – Mr. Sin Titseiha, Media Program Coordinator at COMFREL and Ms. Leap Romam, Citizen Journalist.
